MYR or SGD deposit: verify the payment route before sending
The ECLBET FAQ says that MYR and SGD may be supported with local payment methods. “May be supported” matters: the methods, limits, currency conversion and verification can depend on the selected region and the account. Use the cashier currently shown to you instead of relying on a logo or an old screenshot.
Payment check before confirmation
- Select the correct region first: Malaysia and Singapore are separate choices on the homepage.
- Confirm currency (MYR or SGD), minimum/maximum amount and exchange rate.
- Read any fee from the payment provider, bank or wallet; a platform’s “zero fee” claim does not remove network or bank charges.
- Check that the method is in the account holder’s name and that a verification request is possible.
- Save the reference, time, amount and status after pressing confirm.
| Screen message | Safe next step |
|---|---|
| Pending | Wait for the status to change and do not submit the same payment again. |
| Rejected | Record the reason and check currency, limits and account verification. |
| Balance unchanged | Keep the provider reference and contact the official support channel; never post payment details in a public chat. |
The checklist extends the ECLBET FAQ about MYR and SGD. It does not confirm that a method is available for every account.
